This policy explains how Nextis Georgia LLC handles your data when you use Companion.

1. What we process

Your account details (name, email), your rs.ge credentials (encrypted), and the invoices, waybills and tax data we sync from rs.ge on your behalf. For personal accounts, income data is fetched only after you authorise it with an SMS code rs.ge sends to your own phone.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide the Service — syncing, presenting and helping you act on your rs.ge data. We do not sell your data.

3. Security

rs.ge credentials are encrypted with a per-tenant key. Your company's data is isolated from every other tenant. Connections use HTTPS.

4. Your control

You can revoke Companion's rs.ge sub-user from the portal at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data.
