1. Connect rs.ge
Create an rs.ge service user, a separate login made for apps. A step-by-step guide shows you how. Your main password stays with you.
2. Everything imports and keeps syncing
The last two months arrive first, then your full history back to 2018 in the background. After that Companion syncs on its own, about every 10 minutes.
3. Work from one place
Approve, issue and close documents, see your VAT for the month and ask the AI Accountant. Your decisions go straight back to rs.ge.

VAT at a glance
Your VAT for the month, worked out from your real invoices, so you see what you'll owe well before the deadline. A draft VAT return to review and download, and a checklist of what to sort out first.
Bank statements
Upload a statement from any bank. Companion recognises the layout, never double-counts a re-upload, and turns an incoming payment into a ready-to-send sales invoice with the customer, date and amount filled in.

Company
A legal entity or individual entrepreneur you connect from rs.ge.
Account owner
The person who signs up, manages the companies and pays. Only the owner can invite people.
Seat
One invited person's access to one of your companies. Invited users pay nothing and can't invite anyone else. A seat can't be used to add a company.
Example
Pro with 3 companies: ₾11.80 a month. Add a 4th company: ₾16.80. Add your accountant on one company: ₾21.80.
Pro with 3 companies: ₾108 a year. Each extra company or seat is ₾5 a month.
Prices in GEL (₾), paid by card. Your accountant can also add your company to their own Companion account instead of taking a seat.

No. You create a separate service user, and the app walks you through it.
What happens to my data on rs.ge?
Companion reads it. Your rs.ge records change only when you act: approve, issue or close.

Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Invite them with a role, or they can switch between client companies from their own account.
What happens after the 3-month trial?
Pro starts at ₾11.80 a month unless you cancel before the end. We email you a reminder 7 days before.
What if I cancel, or a payment fails?
Your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted and you're never locked out. If you have more than 2 companies, you choose which 2 stay active; the others become read-only and stop syncing until you upgrade. Invited users lose access, but their roles and settings are kept, so upgrading again restores them in one step.
