Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Companion (“the Service”), provided by Nextis Georgia LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

Companion connects to the Georgian Revenue Service (rs.ge) on your behalf, using credentials you provide, to read and write your invoices and waybills and to present your tax position. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you file with rs.ge.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity of anyone you invite to your company. You may revoke Companion's rs.ge sub-user at any time from the portal.

3. Plans & billing

Personal accounts are free. Business plans are billed per company. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

4. Data

We process your rs.ge data only to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Companion is a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.
